If DC Comics hesitated for a long time on the subject of Milestone Media series – a time exclusive to digital before finally obtaining a simultaneous paper output – the publisher finally agrees quite well with this historic partner to publish new projects at a sustained pace. And even if the formats generally remain framed, with mini-series of five to six issues, nothing prevents you from offering a sequel in stride. The proof, with the announcement of Static: Shadows of Dakota, direct sequel to Static: Season One where the same creative team will have the opportunity to continue the adventures of Virgil on a second volume.

Denys Cowan also took advantage of the SDCC to recall the upcoming release from the children’s graphic novel Static: Up All Night, dedicated once again to the company’s mascot.
